- All Potential Roommates will have proper paperwork.
- Rental Application with Copy of Driver's Liscense
- Applicant's Credit Report with a Score Provided
- Applicant's Background Check (if requested)
- Write-up Lease Contract with New Tenant. (a Document Processing Fee will apply.)
